Czech Republic News Station

I watched a Czech Rebulic's news broadcast. Unfortunately, I don't know how to speak Czech, but I found some similarities that the Czech news station had to our news stations in the U.S. First of all the broadcast opened with the cheesy news station music that U.S news stations have. I found that pretty funny. Also, the news anchor interviewed the news reporter in the same fashion that our news stations do when they are unable to be videotaped. The reporter's picture was shown on full screen while his voice was being recorded talking about the news story. There were these red, space-like, graphics flowing in the background of the story that I found to be eerie. The whole news broadcast I found to be creepy. The lighting at the station was also very dark. I also found it interesting that the news anchor's head was fully shaved. I have never seen a news anchor in the U.S that had his head shaved. Overall, I thought this was an interesting experience to watch a new broadcast of another country.
