O Canada!

For no real reason i decided to look at Canada. My people tend to forget Canada as a separate country of the United States, as if it is out attic that you go up to every once and awhile to see what is up there. However, Canada is a strong nation that is trying to create an image of being strong and true. When i linked onto the website the first thing they give you is a language option. One the page is a beautiful picture of a lake between two mountain/hills. written in french and english is the statement, "The True North. Strong and Free." I think that says everything there is about what Canada is trying to do and how it brands itself. THe nation is very proud of its heritage and proudly shows that throughout the site. The site does well in giving tons of information about the country from governmental news to tourism to immigrating to the country. They have created a strong, welcoming identity that welcomes people to Canada.
